The ambiance emanating from the place results from the close collaboration between interior designers and the client, committed to investing in the city’s cultural richness by seeking artifacts and working with museums and the Balcer family to honor the buildings’ history. A maximum of elements has been salvaged and restored. The transformation of existing openings on the side facades into museum niches in the new lobby, the use of original bricks in the restoration of a fireplace mantel discovered during demolition, the use of decorative railings in the reception area, and an old safe door transformed into a laundry chute access are all efforts that showcase the rich historical past of the buildings.

Located right downtown, easy access to the waterfront, historical sites and restaurants. Every hotel staff member we dealt with was super friendly, charming and helpful. The rooms are very clean, modern and chic. Large windows and our room had a lovely river view. Good size washrooms with large shower. I love this hotel! There is no onsite parking but they do offer parking for a reasonable fee a few blocks away. Highly recommended. I would definitely come back.

Bilingual clerks at check-in were extremely helpful to 2 weary travelers. They were very kind in explaining the set up, and helping us find a good meal as well as excellent coffee in the morning. Nicely designed small room – very clean. This is the old part of town and near the working port. We were impressed with our room and would definitely stay again. I do not think this is a wheelchair accessible property, but I could be wrong about that: the bathroom seemed to be compliant, but the hallway had a step or two. We parked on the street around the corner. Be sure to check out the real beaver coat on display in the lobby. They kept the bank vault door – look for it on the second floor!

Oui Go!! Yes Go! to this boutique hotel in downtown 3 Rivers. Great restored bank and clothing Company into a great hotel (little museum in the lobby is cute). Service from the front desk staff was 5 ⭐️ took care of my bags while I biked around the downtown area and beach area across the Cogeco Stadium. When we came back, they took care of our bikes overnight. The parking lot is two streets away and easy to walk to from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast included at a small extra fee was tasty and well prepared by the staff. I will certainly return to Oui Go!

Awesome location! The hotel is very well located. Even if there is no parking at the hotel, you can find plenty of parking spots nearby or pay 7$ for a reserved parking that the hotel suggests. I enjoyed reading about the history in the lobby. The building is beautiful and has been removed recently. The rooms are super clean. The bathroom is big and has everything you need. The room we got was a bit small and had no view, but we didn’t mind. It was cozy. We would definitely come back.

Very rarely do I leave comments, but here……… Super friendly staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prime location. Very clean contemporary style. We had room 212 facing the street, we didn’t find the noise to be that disturbing unlike other reviews. We are in the city center after all Cozy and comfortable bedding, you can buy everything extra $$ I highly recommend. We leave the car in the parking lot because everything is within walking distance. Have a good stay!

We rented a room for the Festivoix! Honestly the best hotel we could have had! 5 minutes walk from the festival and lots of restaurants around. What worried me the most was the noise, we were afraid of not being able to sleep like that in the city center… but the rooms are very well soundproofed, we didn’t hear anything at all! Really quiet! Magnificent room, huge curtain to hide all the morning sun! We slept really well in the comfortable king bed. We will come back next year!

Excellent stay in this very beautiful hotel. The hotel is in a former bank and has been completely renovated. The rooms are very spacious and very bright. The welcome at reception is just as pleasant with our luggage being collected in advance and left directly in our room. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center at street level with restaurants.
