Hôtel Oui GO!, a boutique hotel, has 28 rooms and a meeting room that can accommodate business clients. It is housed in two heritage buildings characterized by distinctive architecture from the early 20th century, rich with history due to their century-old existence.

Guests staying at Hôtel Oui GO! are invited to experience accommodations that combine the authenticity of the past with modern chic. Attentive and personalized service is offered to each guest in a casual atmosphere. There is a focus on design and comfort sought by trendy clientele.

We are hiring

  • 1 full-time attendant (30 – 35 hours/week)

Your Role

As a housekeeping attendant, you will have a very important role within the Hotel team. We value our clientele, and thanks to you, when our guests enter their rooms, they can rest without worry. The long journey or the extensive travel can sometimes be synonymous with stress and fatigue for some, so everything must be impeccable and tidy in the rooms. This creates an automatic feeling of relaxation when the guest enters. Under the responsibility of the head housekeeper and the maintenance team leader of the hotel, you will have to carry out the daily tasks assigned to you according to the workload. This position requires some physical endurance, as you may sometimes have to stand for a few hours and lift objects weighing up to 10 KG / 20lbs. We value people with attention to detail and professionalism. You will have to work with the existing team, so it is essential to have a team spirit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Adherence to workplace safety standards;
  • Implementation of hotel procedures and policies;
  • High-quality customer service;
  • Compliance with instructions from the head housekeeper, team leader, or inspector;
  • Care for the equipment and materials provided to you;
  • Demonstration of discretion and professionalism;
  • Working with sheets and reports and completing them.

Specific Tasks

  • Clean rooms and bathrooms;
  • Wash floors;
  • Dust furniture, disinfect surfaces;
  • Change bedding and towels;
  • Restock hospitality and hygiene products;
  • Report irregularities related to room conditions (defects, thefts, found items, damages);
  • Maintain laundry rooms in good condition;
  • Launder items that we wash on-site;
  • Receive bedding and towels sent by the laundry;
  • Maintain common areas and bathrooms;
  • Any other related tasks.
