When making reservations, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including your name, email address, residence address, date of birth, telephone numbers, reservation details and information requested from the hotel upon check-in or check-out, details of an event that you hold in one of the hotels and the data necessary for the processing of payments, including credit card numbers, excluding the CVV of these, to conclude the transaction and, done, you agree to implicitly authorize Hôtel Oui GO! to use this information.
It is not secure to transmit your payment data, including your credit card numbers, by email, SMS or social media. In order to protect this data, please send it to us only via our reservation module on our website, by telephone or by fax.
