The maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons.

The rooms are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date (two full days before your arrival), otherwise one night plus taxes will be charged to your credit card.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please note that debit cards are not accepted for bookings; however, they can be used for payment at the end of the stay. A pre-authorization for the total amount of your stay will be processed 3 days prior to arrival. A valid credit card is required to complete a reservation.

It is possible for someone other than the occupant to pay for the hotel room, but a credit card in the occupant’s name will be required. A pre-authorization of 150% of the total amount of the stay will be processed 3 days prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation. The reception team will contact the guests concerned upon booking to add this credit card. The credit card must be presented upon arrival at the hotel and will be verified by the reception team, along with a valid ID in the same name. Any discrepancies may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT

The hotel reserves the right to require a valid credit card in the name of the primary occupant to grant access to the room. This card will be pre-authorized for the total amount of the stay, even if payment is made by a third party. This pre-authorization serves to guarantee the booking fees and any charges that may be incurred during the stay.

In the absence of a valid credit card in the name of the primary occupant, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the room.

ACCESSIBILITY OF ROOMS FOR REDUCED MOBILITY

We have two rooms that can be adapted to the needs of a wheelchair user or someone with reduced mobility.

Access to the hotel is easy.

Public parking reserved for people with disabilities is available directly in front of the hotel (subject to availability upon arrival).
Sidewalks are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RESERVING THE SOFA BED IN THE DELUXE SUITE

The Deluxe Suite is the only room in the hotel that can accommodate up to three (3) adults or two (2) adults and one (1) child*.

Room occupancy including the use of a sofa bed (as a second or third bed) requires prior arrangement with reception. Additional fees apply for use of the sofa bed. For more details, please contact reception.

*Subject to the hotel’s capacity and comfort conditions. Other rooms can accommodate two adults and one child up to 12 years old in a small rollaway bed. For more information, please call reception.

PARKING

Parking is not included in the price of accommodation. It is available at a rate of $10 + tax per night.

Parking is available from the time of arrival until 1:00 p.m. the following day. Any extension beyond this time may result in an additional fee of $10 + tax.

Upon arrival, a drop-off area is available at the front of the hotel to facilitate check-in. This temporary parking is reserved for the time needed to complete check-in at the front desk, where our team will direct you to your overnight parking location.

INVOICE POLICY

The paid invoice is sent by email after the guest’s departure. This time allows our housekeeping staff to check the room for damages or forgotten items.

A paid invoice request (paper or digital) may result in a wait of 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the availability of the housekeeping team at the time of departure. During this time, the guest can wait in the reception lobby. As soon as the check is completed and the information transmitted to the reception desk, the invoice can be paid and sent.

If a guest has to leave urgently before the room is checked, the invoice can be closed and paid based on the pre-authorization made prior to arrival. However, the hotel reserves the right to reopen a bill on the same credit card in the event of additional charges (damages, missing items). The reception desk will then contact the guest to inform them of the steps taken.

Special note for guests who paid via Booking.com

A $200 pre-authorization is placed on the guest’s credit card upon arrival, in addition to the hotel fee. This pre-authorization cannot be canceled until the guest checks out. In this case, the guest will have to wait for the room to be closed and invoiced, and for the pre-authorization to be canceled.
